Return Policy

Pro-Covers specializes in protective covers for your everyday use including shoe covers, coveralls, gloves, and surface protection. Once you place an order, we ship everything promptly to your address via USPS™ from our location in Canton, Georgia. Remember, refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

How Do I Return an Item?

In accordance with our refund and return policy, an original sales receipt must accompany all returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund up to seven calendar days after delivery of the product. After that, we retain sole discretion to offer an exchange or store credit only.

Qualifying for Returns

Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition. To qualify, the item must not show signs of wear and tear within seven calendar days of the delivery date. After seven-days, no returns are allowed. Must not be a special order or a custom order. Unless noted, it cannot be returned or have a different return policy time period other than seven-days noted in that item's particular item description.

Defective Products

If you receive a damaged item or one that is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Restocking Fee

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items not being exchanged and not damaged. Again, you MUST contact us within seven-days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us after seven-days and without prior contact will NOT be refunded.
